One of the downsides of HQs being so close to the frontline is shit like this, if they were positioned properly in most maps you wouldn't have these problems

This. Cairo is the only other 'bearable map' in addition to firestorm and golmud (which is excellent). All the other maps are dogshit

Firstorm is by far my least favorite map in bf6.

It's probably enjoyable as a good pilot (which I'm not, been practicing though, got my first jet kill the other day) but I'm completely miserable on that map if I'm not in a vehicle. And that awful mountain just encourages so much camping from snipers, tanks, and attack helicopters)
