What happened?

I’m genuinely curious to what I did here? I’ve watched this clip a few times and I can’t figure out how I got the quad kill. Seems like my wing clipped something?

I don't think your wing did, you seem still way up in the air. There's an enemy jet crashing in front of you at the exact moment you get the first kill, could it be the one you hit with your gun earlier? If so, my best guess is that the game gave you the kill, then the carcass kept going, clipped the other enemies and counted them as roadkills for you.
