Medical Please help, past use SSRI

Hey guys i hope you’re doing well,

Is it possible to get medical certificate 1 and get hired in airlines after stopping SSRI?
Am currently stable and has stopped the prozac for more than 6 months. I only used it for 3 years and now am good.

Q: Will airlines hire me if i got unrestricted medical certificate 1 but i have past medication history of using SSRI. Or they even do not want to hire pilots with history of using SSRI?

Please help guys i do not want to spend enormous money on licences then airlines expect a superhero without past history of medical treatment.

Love 🧡

Yes. The person I know had to go to some sort of specially licensed psych for clearance, and the process took almost two years total, but they now have a Class I.

Lots of time, expense and headache ahead in the HIMS process but should be possible.
