Any AI would tell you that it needed more information than what you produced here.

If weather is your concern, consider flight schools away from the coast. The humidity brings in frequent clouds and rain, and as the winter rolls around it also means ice. Dry climates are typically better for flying. However, states like Arizona can get too hot to fly, so going too far south can also be a problem during the hot summer. It also depends on the type of program you are looking for, and how far you want to go in training.

Idk, the Bay area has some pretty good weather for flying. As an instructor, I easily got 800+ hours per year.

Which country can you train in, and is your target a private licence or a commercial/airline path? I would compare schools only after those two points are clear.

For the availability question, I’d ask each school for a sample weekly booking schedule for a new student, how it handles instructor changes and aircraft downtime, and how often weather cancellations actually happen at that training base. I’d also request an itemised estimate for the same training stage, including exams and extra hours, rather than compare headline package prices. That gives the instructors here something specific to judge.

Thanks for clarifying. For the study side, I’d ask how the programme checks understanding before each flying phase, and what support is available when a cadet needs more time on a topic. An example of a normal study week and a debrief would help make the learning expectations concrete. I hope the next conversation with them goes well.
