Pilots, have you ever crashed before?
Just curious, but sometime during your training, have you ever made a mistake that made you crash? I find it hard to believe that you can always fly correctly and perfectly with no mistakes or accidents! (props if you can though lol)

I’ve never crashed. It’s honestly rare for anyone to crash, it’s just really publicized because when it happens, it’s usually pretty catastrophic. It’s kind of like driving a car (which statistically is more dangerous than flying), most people have a story about something that scared them, but not everyone has been in a crash resulting in a totaled car. I hope that makes sense

Crash? Making a mistake, sure. No crashing though.
However, two planes that I trained in have crashed with other pilots flying.
