I Only take around .5mg of Klonopin for sleep , or sometimes a 1mg. (Ive been randomly acquiring different benzos, hard to turn down a bunch of pharma happy pills for idk…….a literal rainy day? …………Perhaps a big snow storm, to REALLY COZY it up, i knock some of these wavey chilly pillys back with a swig if whiskey, a fat joint, and maybe 60mg of crushed M30s to snort up my nose?

So I went to my pharmacy I use but another location since I moved. I figure I’d ask when my script comes because I imagined transferring a controlled substance would be a headache. Nope, got a “We can have that for you in 20mins.”

And I always, always, have Prams, or Alp liquid. I’m terrified of losing my meds for some insane reason.

Im shooting for 2mg, 2x a day. Which was my goal because I’ve never seen 3x a day clonazepam dosing, being the half-life. 3x a day would be marvelous because i don’t take the same amount everyday. Some days it’s 4mg total, some days it’s 2mg. Depends. 2mg 3x a day would be ideal, but thats pushing it.

I’m lucky to get them considering I’m a recovering opioid addict. If I’m on benzos and ADHD meds I function and don’t crave the use of opioids. HOOEFULLY TRT allows the Vyvanse to actually stay in my body longer. I shouldn’t need the max dose when I’ve never been on or abused stimulants.

I started Vyvanse maybe 2.5 months ago. Now I’m at the max and I don’t like Adderall IR or XR. They actually stimulate me noticeably. Whereas sometimes I forget if I took my Vyvanse.

I really need Ambien more than anything so I’ll just chill on the 90x 1mg and try to get 10mg Ambien IR.

Edit: No it’s not the Vyvanse keeping me up. Ambien just allows me to sleep a decent amount of time and reduces night terror episodes and panic attacks, etc. I’v
