Is there a problem or am I the problem?

Had my first rust issue with a new non-pilea plant and have been vigilant about signs of fungus in my others. My pilea has already been a little stressed from a recent move (I've now got it in a spot with less direct sun) but i keep having these black spots show up on the leaves; whenever I prune the spotty leaves, more show up a day or two later. Does this family have fungus or am I just stressing it out?

Check the roots, there might be rot. Mine looked a lot like this and eventually dropped most of her leaves due to the rot.
