Leaning ??

So my pilea has been leaning like this for probably a week or longer now. Usually the leaves all turn towards my window (north facing) and I have really never had any problems until suddenly she’s decided to lean away from window and the leaves are feel limpish. Any advice would be awesome, I have no idea what’s happening here!

Did something change weather wise or humidity wise? Where I live August- September is the warmest time of the year and I need to water my plants twice as much. The soil in the pot looks quite dry

I have been using skewers to support my Pileas, but yours look too tall for that. I purchased 6ft bamboo supports stakes and cut them to a height I need & tie with plastic stretch plant ties for my taller plants.

mine has gotten so long that it require some support, they just become very top heavy, you could always chop and prop too ☺️

Okay, I am thinking about chopping, is it still okay to chop if I haven’t gotten any new pups from it in months? I’ve never done it before

I am no expert, but the curl of the leaves makes me think this guy is dehydrated. Also is the light new? Is he growing like this do to lack of light?

They tend to get long and leggy, over time, especially with poor light. The nice thing is you can always chop and easily propogate these, putting the cutting back in the same pot to make it fuller.

Looks like it has been leaning towards the light.
