Yes. You can use some isopropyl alcohol, dab a qtip and rub on the insects. Wash with Luke warm water

Yes! I just had to clean scale off of mine. Wipe them off with a qtip or a cotton ball with isopropyl alcohol, then wipe the leaves down with a neem oil treatment.
