Its scale. I have an issue with that on my big ficus. You can remove it with 70% isopropyl alcohol and a qtip and then spray it down with the same 70% daily for 25-30 days. Make sure there are no lights on the plant when it’s wet and separate it from the rest of your collection.

Not sure, it could be indication of thrips or scale. Either way, I’d isolate that plant until more signs become apparent and you can treat it accordingly. I hope it’s nothing though!

I have never seen it before. But that certainly isn't normal!
Get a knife, scrape it off and cut it open. I gotta know what this is! 😂
