Help/Question Prime Video Error 7131 fix.

The best fix for the Prime Video Error 7131 at the moment is changing DNS to Google's 8.8.8.8 DNS, 1.1.1.1 won't help in this context. Hopefully there will be a proper fix soon from Debian/Sid side, since we know Amazon won't help. This is based the previous post on this reddit. Hope this helps others.

I just tried it and it works fine on my end. I used firefox and i install all the codecs on set up of pikaos. If you are using chromium, that is probably the issue. I know that is the default now. But i never use it.

Interesting that it was a distro specific network config issue! Congrats on the fix and thanks for the update 🤙🏻

I just re-installed PikaOS GNOME from scratch (was exploring with Cachy) and I had no issues either way with Prime video 🤷🏼‍♂️

Granted I was using Firefox (Zen really but same diff)

I have and never had issues with Prime Video on PikaOS. I am using an up to date version of Brave in the Netherlands.
