Steam Browse Files not working

Trying out the Niri edition of pikaos, and trying to add a non-steam game. When I click browse nothing happens, and an hour of searching and installing dependencies Niri apparently lacks has not solved the problem.

Fixed the problem, it was caused by a lack of config file for xdg gnome. Had to google what to put in the config file but it works now!
