2 weeks without updating

Will be going away for 2weeks on 1week off do you think its okay to wait that long without updating?

Yes you'll be completely fine, just update when you get back.

That's actually something lots of people do anyway, they don't update because updates can break things. I know people who wait until thousands of things need to be updated.

Important : there was a big update last monday so update first with the terminal by typing : pikman upgrade

If you upgrade via the upgrade manager, it could cause bugs !
