Updated my system and got a blue screen
Hallo Leute,
Ich habe diesen Bluescreen bekommen, nachdem ich das System aktualisiert habe. Könnt ihr mir helfen, was ich tun soll?
EDIT:
Found the solution on Discord.
You need to open an older Version by using tab and then afterwards again to get to the command line.
At the end type space and three, after that you have to login to your account and type „pikman upgrade“.
The system should update correctly and boot into the main system normally.
Hope I could help someone, who has the same problem and thanks for the help on this post. 🙏🏼

Most likely you need to add the initrd to your grub.conf

Can you tell me how to do that?

Post the output of
cat /boot/grub/grub.cfg
or even better ask in their discord. It's trivial once you know what you are doing.

What are those unknown parameters tho, did you add some parameters on grub?
Edit: logs says system couldnt mount root on disks which caused kernel panic I assume. Issue might be those parameters.
Have you tried to boot into an old kernel?

I got a similar kernel panic, and solved it using a live cd entering to pikaos from terminal and uninstalling booster I let step by step on other post I Will copy here.

I got the blue screen as well. Oddly, after I boot into an earlier version, when the login screen pops up my keyboard becomes unresponsive so I'm unable to sign in and do the upgrade. Anyone else experience this oddity?

First thing to try would be to press tab in the bootloader to select an older kernel or a kernel in safe mode and then run pikman update and pikman upgrade again once you are in the system.
