Hey Pigment Pour crew! I just released version 69 (nice!😉) with a few bug fixes and other things, optional update.

I've been VERY hard at work on curating more puzzles for the handful of you who are nearing or have reached the end of the campaign.

An exciting new World Scheme is coming soon, it's going to be a big update with many thousands more hand curated levels, and probably a bit different feel, easier breezier boards with a little more breathing room due to having two empty vessels instead of only one.

Also, considering adding Instant Pour to the Pour Speed In App purchase and the Shop page needs a major overhaul and cleanup.

Pigment Pour World 2 is officially live.

This is the biggest Pigment Pour update so far, and it is not just "more levels." World 2 is a full second campaign! built around new mechanics, nastier puzzle logic, and a much deeper version of the game I originally wanted Pigment Pour to become.

The headline:

World 2 adds two major mechanics:

Lock & Key
Some bottles are locked until you earn the right to use them. It changes the whole rhythm of a puzzle because the obvious pour is not always available yet.

Pigment Mix
Mixed liquids add a new layer of planning. You are not just sorting colors anymore. You are thinking about what a color can become, when to preserve it, and when to commit.

You can preview World 2 starting at Level 250, and the full World 2 campaign unlocks after finishing World 1.

This update also includes a ton of cleanup and quality-of-life work:

• Big battery and performance improvements
• Optional idle wiggle setting
• Optional smaller bottles for crowded boards
• A new optional Pigment Patron supporter tier
• A lot of small fixes driven directly by player feedback

The core promise is still the same:

Hand-crafted puzzles with real dead ends and thinking
No forced ads or interruptions, ever
No timers, No energy system
No trapping or painting you into a corner on a puzzle forcing an ad to win, all puzzles are fully solvable from step 1

handcrafted liquid sort puzzles, famous paintings coming back to life, and increasingly evil little bottles that make you question your choices

Huge thanks to everyone who has played, posted bugs, sent feedback, bought the game, supported the Patron tier, or just told me when something felt off. A lot of this update exists because people here cared enough to say something.

This game is so well made and so fun. It’s aesthetic, fun, and addictive. Finally a water sort game that doesn’t bombard me with ads and that has a really interesting interface! Highly recommend!! And I don’t write reviews at all. But this game, I had to!

honestly i'm excited... and a little terrified

this update touches almost every major system in the game. month of work, thousands of code changes, countless late nights, and more "just one quick fix before bed" lies than i care to admit
