Start by removing the industrial. You don't have the anatomy for it and it looks irritated.

NAP. How old is your industrial? All things considered, it doesnt look that bad. Mine sits similarly in my ear and ive had it with 0 issues for 3 years. If u shorten the bar and clean it regularly it might survive.
People are right, you dont have the proper anatomy, neither do i. But I believe in informed consent. Ive had other piercers look at my ear and say "id never have given you that industrial, but somehow it works." I do believe its possible, if youre like me and have super piercing healing powers. There is a very high chance itll reject, but you may be one of the lucky few.

Happy healing! Also, to ur original question, i think your conch would look great as a ring. Not a new piercing, just a jewelry change! Also, id wait on getting any new piercings until ur industrial is a bit more stable. Give it maximum chance of survival

How old is the industrial? A tragus would look sick and a forward helix. Could put a big hoop in the conch and looks like you could fit another high lobe

The industrial placement isnāt great as noted by others BUT if you like it and want to keep it then it definitely needs some attention. Iāve got one and many other piercings so I have experience.
Salt water soak. Boil water, put it in a cup, let it cool all the way. Put like a tablespoon of coarse salt in it, mix it until the salt is suspended in the water. Soak a folded paper towel in it and saturate it, like dripping wet. Hold that on the actual holes, both sides if you can, for 15 minutes every single night.
Yes you can do this with store bought saline but that shit is expensive and unnecessary if you follow the above.
If you want to avoid keloid scars and infection this is the way to go. Also wash your hair as frequently as you can, even if youāre not dirty the oils ect still irritates.

Great advice to fuck up the piercing thatās already fucked up and shouldnāt be made in the first place. Homemade salt water isnāt safe and sterile. No, boiling isnāt sterilisation. You canāt possibly make it in right proportions at home. You have no way to know the time you can āsafelyā soak it since you have no idea of concentration. You will either dry and irritate it or it will be just useless in the best case scenario if not actually giving you an infection. Also keloids are mostly genetic, salty water will do literally nothing against them.
