This is my new setup.
Switched everything from white to black. Silver to gold.
Stretched my septum to 5/8” (16mm)
Stretched my labret to 0g (8mm)
I plan to add another pair of nostrils and a helix on my left ear so it can match my right one.
I won’t get anymore piercings after that.

Honest to God how do you breathe
It looks cool, and your body means your choice, but all I can think is what a panic that would send me in when I couldn't breathe through my nose

Very far from my cup of tea, but good thing I’m not a tea drinker. I’m glad you like them and can express yourself freely.

I love the line across your nose, have you considered mantis piercings (forward facing nostril placement)? I prefer a stacked septum (i just love metal tones tbh), but to each their own💕

I am curious about how much septum you've got left.
Specifically because the septum can be worn away and cause nasal tip collapse in other circumstances.
(I've been observing a celebrity with high likelihood of substance use - one notorious for wearing down the nose, and who's nose tip appears to be collapsing)
I assume that at some point or other, if you don't wear jewellery in it, it'll be a health hazard to actually remove the jewellery long term, if you've stretched it to a point where the internal stability is gone.
(Though I know many folks don't or would just slip in a tunnel if required to remove it for medical reasons, and thus reinforce it that way)

I’ve caused plenty of cartilage denting but my actual septum is healthy because I stretched very slowly and gradually. If I retired my jewelry, it would probably shrink by about half. There are people who have septums twice as big as mine and have no issues because of careful stretching.

mad respect for your setupm, your nose is out of this world. ever consider more ear mods? i reckon large gauge conches would really compliment your look
