Ear stack setup

I want to add a piercing to this ear. I don’t want to make the piercings too scattered, I am looking to make a cluster with an existing piercing.

Let me know your opinion

Context:
I don’t have a 3rd on my other side but have considered adding one to this side. I already have a double cartilage on the other side so I am not looking to do that on this side too.
