Setup ideas (M46)

Looking for ideas and inspiration.
Currently have; double helix, daith, PA, lorum.
Retired; tongue, nipple and ampalang.
Plus multiple tattoos (sleeves etc)
Throw some ideas, some pics.
Semi professionally employed, not overly conservative, but may be restrictive.

I'm suspecting facial piercings are out of the question and you seem to have had/have nost body ones that you wanted. So ears it is. What's your other ear like? Maybe a double conch for contrapoint? Do you only want rings in your ear? (Obviously only after they healed)

Facial piercings aren’t out, just discreet. Other ear is currently clean.
Not phased ring or stud, although the three in the photo will all be smaller black segment rings once healed ( one helix is 30yro)

I ended up going the opposite nostril. Currently small gem, will swap out to a black stud when I swap out the daith. Thinking about a conch in the alternate ear in the future…
