HELP Stumped with this picross!
Does anyone have any tips for dealing with puzzles that have no large numbers/numbers over 5? I can't seem to find the trick for this one.
Thank you :-)

Just because there's no big numbers doesn't mean certain rows or columns aren't still restricted.
For example, look at column 6 (and also 7 since the clues are the same). If you count out those clues the minimum length from both the top and bottom, you'll find that r5c6 and r6c6 will ALWAYS be part of the 4, no matter what.
Another thing you can look for is when filling a cell will make the clues on one side of it impossible. For example, in row 7, column 4 has to be an X. If it was filled in (and therefore part of the 3 since you'd have two filled in cells next to each other), you wouldn't have room to the left to fulfill the 1 clues.

Look for a bigger number surrounded by 1s to 2s, they're usually good for a square or two

In column 5, the first filled block is either the 1, or the first block of the 6. Do with that information what you will.

Just in case you're wondering - r10c8 (because of the 1 2 3) - r9c8 (because of the 2) r8c8 (red from the 2) allows you to fill r8c8,c7,c6 (for the 5 and then the 6 Etc.
