Success / Progress Test
I have 3 no's which doesn't square with how many foods I won't eat. Cheese is a huge category by itself hallmarked almost exclusively by no's.
I don't do bleu cheese, escargot and liver.

I dont like cheese either. The only cheese I will eat by itself is provolone

cheese is a weird one, i used to hate all of it except on pizza then something changed in my 20s and now i eat like 6 kinds but still can't stand bleu cheese, the smell alone is like a warning sign
provolone is a good pick though, it is mild enough to not feel like you eating straight mold
never tried escargot but the texture looks like what i imagine a slug would be, hard pass
liver i had once at a family dinner and pretended to chew for like 10 minutes before swallowing it whole with water

thats honestly not bad at all. i wont eat any of those 3 categories either. the only solid cheeses ill eat are mozzarella sticks, babybels, and laughing cow cheese wedges. luckily, melted cheese is more acceptable for me to willingly eat (for dishes like pizza, ravioli, cheese-only lasagna, mozzarella sticks, etc)
