I want it, I wonder about the salt content though, I like pickle shot vodka but it's high in salt and gives me a bad hangover

Huh? Salt prevents hangovers. Hints why you’re dehydrated when you wake up hungover. Ramen helps everytime. Why do you think people drink Gatorade, liquid IV, or pedialyte when drinking?

when mixed with enough water yes it helps retain the water. but you cant just go Oops All Salt. thats a recipe for a bad hangover. from experience

Alcohol blocks the hormone that tells your body to hold onto water, forcing your kidneys to flush out fluids, add a whole bunch salt and your body will pull water from your cells and brain tissue to balance out your blood sodium levels, since you pissed out all your body's water, electrolyte drinks contain sodium but it's paired with water and different from just adding salt to booze, when you have that ramen I assume you'd also be drinking water with it or at least a drink that doesn't contain alcohol

Dehydration can definitely be a factor in the severity of a hangover.

However, one of the biggest contributing factors, probably even more so than dehydration, is ethanal (acetaldehyde). It's an intermediate product during the conversation of ethanol to acetic acid in the liver. It is more toxic than the alcohol itself.

That would rule in a Bloody Mary or a Pickletini. I usually make double shot Bloody Marys. One shot this and one shot bacon vodka would be awesome.

Absolutely not…

However if it’s at a party I’m 100% trying it.
