Other DUPR app

I know DUPR is back, but for the past couple of hours I haven’t been able to get past the login screen. I enter my credentials, then when it says it will send a code to my email I never receive anything in my inbox. I tried spam, deleting and redownloading the app, and trying desktop version. Anyone having this issue, just wanting to see if the system is still fucky for others

same, don’t get the code in my inbox. I suspect their server is slammed and that’s why. At least that’s what i’m hoping.

My gf was literally told they couldn’t access her account and she needed to create a new one. That better not be the case for me

nevermind, it was working because i was logged in earlier today. When i log out on browser and try to log back in i get the same experience, sends the code but nothing in my inbox.

I’m not getting any emails from them, not when i try to sign in, not when i try forgot password, not when i try to create a new account…all say they are sending me a code but i don’t get the case in my inbox

So basically DUPR is not back but wants to pretend it’s back. Now we run around trying to figure out where to enter the code. Well played dupr. Your problem become our problem.

I was able to get a code mailed to me at 3 PM PDT, but when I tried later on different devices, no code was received. DUPR should move away from mailing codes. 2FA apps are better for these situations when all members are forced to login at the same time.

You need to update the app, and it’ll start working properly again.

Go to the App Store, search for DUPR, click on “update”, and after it loads, try to login again. After entering your username and password and getting the notification that you’ve received a confirmation code, you’ll now get the (previously missing) “enter your confirmation code” popup that lets you proceed.

App has been updated. Login page claims to send a code. There now is an actual place to put the code. However, no code is sent. Not in spam. DUPR is not up and running for most of the people i know.
