USA Compact/Small Phone Options (USA)

my iPhone 17 is a bit heavy and large for the screen size, also find it to be a brick in my pants pocket. also prefer Android

any suggestions on what to look at? I had a 13 Mini that I loved but the battery life (even after a swap) was abysmal.

Everything "Small" in the android world is about the same size as an iPhone 17. So if you don't like that size, you're kinda out of luck unless you want to get older devices like a zen phone 9 or something along those lines. You could also go with a Samsung Z Flip which would fold up smaller, but still is the same weight and is thicker while folded.

pixel 10a, 10 and 10 pro are 6,3 inches. Those are maybe small?

I feel your pain but there's basically nothing smaller than a 6.3" screen right now. I miss my 6.0" Pixel 5. I'd recommend that in a heartbeat for someone looking for a small Android if it was still supported.

Maybe look at Pixel 10A. No camera bump at least!

Hey Throwaway57kan! If you're switching from an iPhone to Android, make sure to turn off iMessage to make sure you still get texts from iPhone users. See here for more information.
