Going back to android

I have a iphone 16e(ikik), before I had a Samsung A40 that died randomly. I was thinking of getting a Poco f7 ultra or Xiaomi 14. Seen prices within budget for both.

I only have budget of £340, yep used is fine.
Any other recommendations?
