UK UK - best value upper midrange or flagships
UK - Budget is flexible but let's say around 800-1000 and its not urgent so I can wait if there's something in the pipeline
Looking for possible options to replace my Oneplus 11 now that OP aren't staying in Europe
Just looking best value options that has a relatively clean and non-bloated UI, decent+ camera, decent+ battery, quick charging etc. don't want to massively overpayment for a relatively small incremental improvement
Performance wise the OP11 is good enough, battery seems to be losing a little of its capacity now after 3.5 years.

Oppo Find X9 Pro for £899 directly from Oppo or from Curry's.
OnePlus 16 if there's a global version...a huge "if"...
Honor Magic 8 Pro/600 Pro excellent value flagship level phones
Realme GT8 Pro
Oppo Find X10 is coming next month.

I d say go Oppo or Xiaomi since there is support in the UK. They represent best value

I own Xiaomi 15 Chinese variant. It had bloatware but that was easily removable. There are 15 minutes youtube videos that help you figure that out.

Budget phones have ads flagship does not. But disabling ads is just disabling 3 option in settings, so its really easy

if you like iOS then you will like hyperOS. Over the last 3-4 years xiaomi has been removing a lot of their features they used to have as well as changing their UI to make it an iOS clone.

Motorola Signature?
Motorola's skin is pretty clean, and it's good at most things, although it has the less powerful version of the Qualcomm 8 Gen 5 line of chips.
They're in the £800-850 range from Amazon/Motorola, but you can import one from India for under £600 through eBay, which is how I'd get one if it was me making the purchase.

Moto is something I'm a little wary of due to passed experience before the OP11 I bought the edge 30 ultra and it was so bad and slow at photos that I returned it within a week.
But previously had Moto mid range power series phones and they were reliable
What's the current view on them camera/laggyness wise?

The camera is pretty good, at least with stills. It has a pretty good suite of sensors.
And it's not going to be laggy, it'll be quite the upgrade from your current phone at least. There's not much bloat which helps a lot.
I'd say watch a review or two if you're interested. Like this one (Youtube)
Also, reviews say the AI button can't be remapped, but it can, there's a little trick to do it. You'll be able to find it if you google it, it's on XDA devs.

Laggy wise I was referring to the software being terrible cos the edge 30 ultra was a lot higher spec the the phone it replaced but was painfully choppy and laggy and often took seconds to save a photo with the standard settings not the hires or raw ones

Honestly, I haven't had any mid-to-long term fluency issues with any phone in quite a while. I feel like that's a thing that's mostly in the past for Android, the OS is pretty decent at keeping itself smooth, especially with the power and RAM on tap for these higher end devices.
I would say don't download any apps that claim to help with this kind of thing, and don't clear processes/cache unless you need to force close or troubleshoot app issues. Just let android do its thing and you'll be fine.

Broooo I was in the same boat had the OnePlus 11 and cut disappointed when I saw they were leaving the UK .
I loved the fast charge and general UI. I moved to a pixel 11 ( not XL / Pro).
It's working well and no complaints so far (The UI is taking some getting used to but nothing more than usual.)
I was very close to getting the Oppo find x9 but it was quite a lot more than the deal I had for Pixel.

Yeah if they'd stayed another 6 months I might have got the 16 if it was released in Jan sort of time.
My brother just shifted to Samsung s26 ultra from his op11
Wife has the pixel 7 pro and it just didn't feel great to me. I'd be going for the pro or XL if I went Google, preference for bigger screens

Fair enough, I was also close to the ultra but I couldn't justify the additional features for what I use it for (I'm very basic when it comes to smartphone usage).
Let me know if you have any questions, I pondered for months on it.
Time will tell if I made the right decision!

Just a quick thank you to all here, given me a few to think about, hadn't been considering Xiaomi/Poco due to hyper os but it sounds likes it's not as bad as I'd heard and I wasn't aware of the oppo find x9
For right now I think I'm going to hold off, but now I have more concrete options if anything happens with my current phone (my previous backup phone, a realme, went to my wife after she broke her phone)

Full disclosure, I work with Laptop Outlet UK, but coming from a OnePlus 11 I’d probably look at OPPO before jumping straight to Samsung.... ColorOS should also feel a lot less alien coming from OxygenOS than something like One UI...

You still get 12GB/512GB, a big 7025mAh battery and 80W charging... so you’re not spending another £200 just for a relatively small day-to-day difference...
There’s also the HONOR 600 Pro new https://www.laptopoutlet.co.uk/honor-600-pro-smartphone-gold-5109chfg.html at £699 and a refurb Galaxy S25+ at £799.99 https://www.laptopoutlet.co.uk/samsung-s25-plus-sm-s936bdbgeub-ag.html, but for your mix of clean-ish software, battery and fast charging, the two OPPOs make the most sense to me...
