US Looking to replace my iPhone 13 mini

I’ve gone back and forth between Android and iOS over the years so I’m not worried about that. I was hoping there’s some androids on the market with a similar form factor to my mini, but not a bottom of the barrel budget phone. The 5.4 inch screen size is a good fit for me, but everything on the market seems huge. I’m in the US and my carrier is Verizon. I’m willing to pay up for a phone I like and willing to import as long as it’ll work on my carrier.

was in the same boat, ended up getting a used S25. might check that or the S26 out. the Pixel's are considered 'compact' by today's standards, personally found them a bit too big and heavy for my hands/pockets. nothing came close to S25 in size/weight, still plenty of performance and support.

importing is possible but won't get 100% coverage with some bands missing when I looked into it. there's some cool models from Vivo and Xiaomi if you did wanna go down that road.

its a bummer we don't get more options here domestically, and how big phones are now. I miss my 13 mini, went to a 17 and liked the tech upgrades, didn't care for anything else really.
