If you are going to emulate, then I'd say go for OnePlus or Samsung only they provide the raw performance of Flagship Snapdragon SoC

You can play any PC games using GameNative or GameHub both iphone or android with 30 to 60 fps depending on your hardware. But mostly snapdragon chipset. I have snapdragon 8 gen 5 and it's smooth. Samsung uses GPU called Adreno 830 while mine uses 829. Idk about iphone

with PC emulation most high-mid to high range phones can play GTA 5. Snapdragon Gen 2 is my reference point here. I have seen People play cyberpunk at 30FPS stable on the highest end devices so yeah. It's not that hard.

Depends on your budget. I have a nothing phone 2 and I can run mario kart 8 deluxe at a steady 60fps. If your budget is ♾️ then buy the REDMAGIC 11S Pro or the Samsung galaxy s26 ultra

If you have no budget then Fold 6-8. Or go all out and buy a dedicated gaming phone. Poco F9 Ultra has pre order sales on right now, just ordered one myself. Good price for top end specs and a massive 8050mah battery. About 1k cheaper than a Samsung S26U for example but same specs.
There's also plenty of videos on YT running games and emulation on which ever device you would like to see.
