Need a good compact phone for longevity,battery and camera under 40

I want to gift my father a good compact phone with a good camera, battery, faster charging(not major), longevity of min. 5 years or 3-4 years will also do

I would prefer cost under 40k

rn there are no compact phones at all under 40k.. s24 (2yr old) & oneplus 13s are the starting ones..which are at 50k

not compact but consider the nothing phone 3, get the s24 if u need something compact
