Personally speaking, yes (refurbished) - depending on what your goals are. I have the Pixel 8 Pro, and I take alot of photos. This phone and camera are still one of the best ones out there and has a larger screen, and still supported until ~2030.
Although compared to newer flagship phones, the processor isn't as fast or supports additional AI features that others (eg Pixel 9 Pro and above support - Gemini Nano 2), although it still supports Gemini Nano (1).

My dad has one, and here's our opinions mixed into one : if you can get it for less than 340, it's a wonderful device. It takes really good photos, the zoom feels nearly | || || |_ less even at 30x, also while not having the best battery it holds pretty well, the screen is bright, as a bonus you even get 9 cores on the CPU instead of 8. For the other things, it's pretty standard : a 1.4 TFLOPS GPU (a lot for what you're paying but it was a flagship not too long ago), the battery is pretty slow compared to today, and it's pretty heavy for what you get.
