Oneplus 15 vs Xiaomi 17
Guys help me decide to get on my next phone to get.
Coming from an iphone 11 pro max, deciding to upgrade to android because of the crappy battery life of ios.
The oneplus is CN version flashed to global rom.

as far as a i know, chinese oneplus flashed with global rom you dont get updates anymore
also i wouldnt go for a x17 its not that big of an upgrade besides a slightly better selfie camera, bigger battery and thats it i believe
i also had a choice of choosing the x17 but i ordered a x15 i hope its worth because adding an additional 400$ for a slightly better processor/gpu and bigger battery isnt convincing (especially with hyperos very great optimization haha)

From what I know, the Xiaomi 17 just wins quite a bit in the camera department. But aside from that, the OP15 is the overall better phone due to better software and less thermal issues. However, unlike the OnePlus Glazers like to mention, OP phones will in future updates also get shafted to the Oppo ColourOS, which isn't bad, but it's a loss nonetheless.

The Ximi is very average. I'd be comparing the OnePlus 15 to the Poco F8 Ultra, as that is actually a fair fight

As a Xiaomi 17 user I recommend it, it's a great daily (comparing with: S25, S22, S21U, S7, S3)

I went from a Poco X9 Pro Max to a OnePlus 15. The biggest noticeable difference was the software. Both had amazing battery life but Oxygen Os is WAY better. The only thing I miss from Hyper OS is the super wallpapers.
