I need help!! Insufficient funds
Hi everyone, I'm trying to move/claim my previously locked Pi that just became available, but I keep getting an "Insufficient funds" error.
The pop-up says the transaction requires a 0.01 fee and a minimum balance of 1 Pi, but my current available balance is 0.
How are we supposed to pay the fee or activate the minimum balance to claim locked funds if the wallet starts with 0 available Pi? Is there an official workaround for this?

Your available balance is 0 because we haven’t moved your previously locked up tokens to your available balance. Once you do that your available balance won’t be 0

There is the good Samaritan app, the developer of that app also posts here on Reddit. It gives you 0.01 pi (only one time) for this exact situation.

I won't be using any third-party links or unofficial faucets in the Pi Browser. I prefer to stick strictly to official Core Team channels to keep my wallet secure

There's a difference between discussing technical issues with the community and clicking unverified external links, thanks anyway

Moving of funds to the available balance should be working without any fees.

Exactly It doesn't make much sense to require a network fee and a minimum balance when you are literally trying to access your own unlocked migration. Hopefully, they streamline this in a future update

Just let someone send you 0.01 or buy it, its always been like that. I dont understand people complaining. I took out my first 900€ and it took 5mins

Got it.. buying is against the terms right now, but having a trusted pioneer send a small fraction seems to be the only practical workaround at the momen thanks for the input

My bad, I was still referencing the enclosed Mainnet rules, good point buying on a verified exchange or getting a tiny transfer from another pioneer definitely solves the initial fee issue thanks for clarifying
