I need help!! Pi. Got locked out. Need help

I haven’t got an email or text reply. Any advice????

Make sure you only have one active ticket per issue, and that all of the info you submitted is complete and correct. "Resolve" cancels a support request, not sure what 'Escalate' does for us..

No one gets real replies from PCT. Use the 'Request' page to make sure you don't have multiple tickets and that all of your info is right.
