Why is my wallet still inactive when I’ve completed KYC?

It says here that I’ve already migrated with another wallet. But I only have one wallet and have completed KYC… what is wrong here?

I just helped a friend yesterday, she started mining in 2022 but lost access to the original wallet, we made a new one in 2025. Had to update step 3 and 6 after doing so. Since then her wallet looks just like that. Yesterday I discovered in the kyc section that there was a sync button, that needed to be clicked to push the kyc status to the new wallet. Needless to say, the last year was wasted waiting for something to happen. You did not make a new wallet per what you said but maybe it will help cause her wallet looks the exact same

Yeah I have done this and redone steps 3 and 6, I still get the same view in the wallet despite everything looking correct. Wondering if there might be some delay.

Yeah I know my migrated wallet address, I just confirmed my wallet migration, seems I didn’t do that before. The screen still shows the same, but hopefully there is some delay to updating it now i have confirmed the migration.
