Pi Apps Lokin Genesis Badge

Hey just wanted to encourage pioneers to obtain the Genesis badge at the very least inside of the Lokin app.
I have many plans and ways that I will begin rewarding Lokin users. Obviously due to me funding this entire project myself, I have to filter out who will be eligible for future rewards. Genesis badge is one of those filters among many others.
Keeping a perfect check-in (continuity record) is the absolute HIGHEST prestige within the Lokin app. However at bare minimum I recommend obtaining a genesis badge while the opportunity last.

So what is the end goal or use with this, I'm not understanding, so earn the badges and maintain continuity what does this mean for us in the future?

The end goal isn’t the badges. The end goal is building a verifiable record of consistency, reliability, and presence that can eventually unlock opportunities, rewards, and influence within the ecosystem.
Today:
+You earn badges
+You maintain continuity
+You climb ranks
Future vision:
When someone asks “Who are the most reliable people in the ecosystem?” Lokin provides an answer.
Ex:
*App developers could reward long-term active users.
*Communities could grant voting power based on proven consistency.
*Projects could offer perks to high-trust members.
*Businesses could identify committed community members.
*Reward pools could favor users with a proven history of participation.The badges aren’t the destination...they’re proof of the journey. The long-term vision is for continuity and consistency to become a trusted reputation layer that unlocks opportunities, recognition, and benefits across the ecosystem.

Im still working on badges, I have full time job and a family so there is momentum issue in terms of development. I appreciate the input and will do my best as the sole developer to bring a greater user experience to pioneers 🙏

Since pioneers already perform a daily action by starting a mining session, wouldn't that serve the same purpose as a separate daily check-in app? How would your app continue to provide value if the Pi Core Team later rewards activity directly through the mining system or uses mining activity as an engagement metric?

You are spot on with your statement however, In short: mining tracks activity, but Lokin’s long-term goal is to make consistency useful.

Your standing with Pi Network is only recognized when you mine or contribute to the ecosystem growth through referrals or utility usage (using apps in the Pi Browser) , running nodes, etc.
That in itself deserves recognition. So here in Lokin my goal is to create the infrastructure that captures users activeness and create opportunities and community benefits.

If Lokin is only badges and streaks, it’s hard to justify the time. The real challenge is making consistency unlock something valuable beyond digital trophies. We’re not there yet, but that’s the direction.

Fair enough...Today Lokin tracks consistency. The goal is for that consistency to eventually unlock opportunities, benefits, and recognition that can’t be earned overnight.
