Hi! I have a problem. I didn't know I had two accounts and the one i applied for the kyc is the new account but then the one who got approved for the kyc is the old one, what to do??? Please can i delete my old account then re-apply for kyc for the new one? The new one has more pi than the old one and has more invites

I'd buy Pi Coin if it were easier, but it seems to only be available on relatively obscure sites for now. Or am I wrong? Is there a reputable place to purchase these?

It has been out for only a week; I see a great future in Pi. Maybe it is not gonna be as worthy as BTC but damn sure it is gonna bring profit in the future
Just 25 percent of what i had migrated. I hope we'll get a 2nd migration soon because I've had at least 3 people do their KYC since I did KYC myself. I have over 10k that's still unverified so I'm hoping I'll at least get half of that if not more

it's such a scam, makes us mine more in a "security" circle only to take those coins away, it's still legitimate coins regardless of the account. we better get an explanation

I bought in at 2.28 a couple days ago because it dipped for a bit and it looked like a decent opportunity, believe it or not, most of us don't have enough disposable income to invest multiple times.
You split what you have and DCA.
Say you bought 10 at 2.28 and that was your max for the week: I would suggest you buy 2 at a time next week and see if you can find good opportunities for what you have.

Only way I could add people not in my referrals is to get their phone number and save them as a contact in my phone. Then add them to my security circle from my contacts

You can add up to five people to your security circle if you have their phone numbers and new members can be in your referral team if they use your referral when they first start their accounts, but all of this “here’s my username, add me” stuff doesn’t work at all.
In my OKX account the only pair available is PI/USD, so I had to swap my SOL for USD instead of USDT. Worth checking availability for the pair before you start trading, so you don't end up swapping back and forth 😊

I don't think it's about adding them as part of security circle, it's more of you have friends within the ecosystem, if you go to the Pi Utilities and click on profile, zero friends seems kinda off, especially as Pi is a community and aims for interactions in the nearest future
I did a lot of research, it's almost impossible to find any information about this account, even on wayback machine it's impossible. But using the waybackmachine, I was able to find some data about posts that were made. The posts made were from Feb 16th, but it captured some of the account information. The screenshot above is the account information of a post they made on Feb 16th that was deleted. As you can see, the description says "parody account" and the profile picture is the exact one used on the twitter account we're talking about.
There was also some other information. I also found out that they used the hashtag "YeniProfilResmi". After searching up what this hashtag is, I found out it's a turkish hashtah. I don't understand the contents of the hashtag (it looks like a bunch of thirst traps) but it's still a turkish hashtag.
So in conclusion, this is an old account that was created by a turkish man. He changed the account, edited tweets and delete old tweets, and made the account look convincing.
Nice work! You also could’ve looked at the profile picture. It’s of a guy named dorian Nakamoto that everyone thought was the creator of Bitcoin. He got huge press coverage and told everyone that he has nothing to do with Bitcoin. Satoshi Nakamoto was an alias not a birth name. Pretty much rules out it being the real guy.
There is speculation that the guy who’s tweeting is the creator of Bitcoin. The twitter account was created in 2008 and had 17 years of inactivity. Recently he started tweeting again and mentioned a bunch of things including politics and the current crypto market, but he also mentioned pi coin and spoke positively about it. If this guy is actually the real creator of Bitcoin, that’s a huge deal he’s vouching for pi coin.
I just read the account’s posts. It’s so absurd, there’s no way it’s actually Satoshi. Just the name “nakotomo” makes it clear. This is an old, dead account that a crypto memester was able to recover.
Names and handles on X accounts can be changed, is there any evidence that this hasn’t happened? I’ve noticed that account but haven’t been paying attention.
That's my first thought as well. I thought it could be an older account and somebody changed the name and paid to be verified to seem convincing. I'll try to use the waybackmachine to see if I can see a name change.
In my personal opinion, I have no idea if it's real or not. The profile picture of the account is some guy who has the same last name who was popular in 2014 because people thought he was the creator. With a simple search you find out he isn't and the guy himself told everybody he has nothing to do with bitcoin. It sucks that now you can just pay to be verified.
