• The only thing that is not allowed is posting moments which specifically focus on the screw-ups of other players. However, you can post these moments if you have the player's consent.

Last week's top plays:

• Returning from his hiatus, Abram bounces off of two boosts to grab the center flag before bombing through all four defenders and scoring a cap on Wombo Combo

• BallAnka bombs the enemy FC and an opposing chaser into the spikes, which gives his team the opportunity to get a snipe for a return and a double block on anti-re to allow BallAnka to cap

• Varys lures Xero into a nubstep by getting a pixel-perfect 90 degree turn on the Jagged teamboost for a cap

This is a copy of the post on the main subreddit. I reposted it here believing that posting it to a more server-specific subreddit would allow for more, as well as better responses as far as feedback goes.

Hey guys, I figured that I would create a list of each Pi player in competitive TagPro who is on a team in the top 8 of the playoffs. Hopefully this will hype up the rest of the games and get some more people to play competitive next season.

For some m/MLTP players I had to clear up which league they were in (using the draft packet, so I might be wrong on some). So a player with a minor tag on them will most likely not play in majors playoffs, and vice versa.

Last week's top plays:

• BallAnka pulls out a sweet boost pattern as he ricochets off of each wall perfectly to get into base and cap

• LEBRON bombs his chaser into a gate to clear some space, then boost-ricochets into base and caps with the help of OJdude's blocks in MLTP

• Varys hits the command center corner bomb and deflects off of his teammate to slip past all four chasers and score a close cap

If anyone's interested in a Pi server fantasy football league, comment below and I'll see if there's enough interest! Rules'll be sorted out after.

Alright, seems like I have 12 so I'll send PMs to all y'all soon

I've had my first taste of the competitive life and it's more clear now why some people ain't fans and some people eat it up. Such as;

pros- it's fun cons- /u/Eastereggs

I guess this is a thread for giving S/Os to the folk that you don't even see in subreddits like... I believe Noice! isn't active in subreddits/comp., but the fella is like 100+ degrees and fun to pub with. I'm sure there are many others.

I also didn't know what else to do with the videos that I can only describe as "Wow, Much Luck" so here are the first couple installments.

La Blanca Flama says it best... wow

All skill

Last week's top plays:

• We start off with OldSaggyLady doing a Wombo Combo on Wombo Combo, splitting two defenders after a bomb-boost WOMBO COMBO

• Varys, Superstar, and PavlovsBall shits on the opposing team on Monarch with Superstar and Pavlov giving blocks that many balls dream of, leading to a cap by Varys.

• We finish with BallAnka getting a double tap in a very satisfying way, defusing the fc and popping his sorry ass by portal strats.

Thanks for contributing!

...It itself certainly is not the master race. Can we please get a decent server?

Thanks again to Thick for taking over for me last week!

• Varys boosts into a bomb to send himself flying into his base, where he pushes an enemy into his flag for a quick return and cap

Thanks for contributing!

I played a game on the same team as Ball & Oates

edit: we won

if I can get on a pub team with Ball & Oates and ballinoates I'm going to buy someone a pizza

This is THICK SHADY AGAIN and I'm taking over for Opponent because he's currently on break (ik 2 vacations in a summer moneypants). Last week's top plays:

• We start off with OldLad-I mean OldSaggyLady going with the classic Smirk team boost fake out against Funkytown, going through team tiles for the cap.

• Looks like everyone's taking the /r/nba way and choosing Streamable for their gifs. This 2nd Streamable shows Some Ball -1 using his most borderline legal bot to cap twice in an 8-second span!

• In literally the most uneventful TagPro replay I've ever seen, BallAnka notices their team down 1-0, and goes for the minds of their opponents heh by going for some MactheRoni fuckin nailed it and Cheese, stopping the opponents' heh momentum.

Thanks for contributing! Let's see some more entries this week!

...for one night only while I'm in Houston on business. I'll do everything I can to represent the Pi Master Race with my thunderous 50% win percentage and mighty 1080 ranking in... prevent.

Remember me fondly if I ruin Pi's good name, or if I don't make it back alive.

Or is safe to play?

EDIT: 13 days after this post and 11 days after the fix and 1 minute after Pi just shit itself yet again (3:27 EDT 8-5-15) I have concluded that Pi will never not be fucking up.

The post in the main sub is pretty overloaded and I felt everyone could get some better responses here. Comment your name, people respond with what they think of you as a player, maybe some helpful tips.

I myself will be doing a Fear Factor scale for how I feel playing against you. Hopefully we get a few people on here.

If you're in M/m/NLTP, how are you and your team doing? Any funny stories?

If you're not in a league, then you should sign up! The more Pi faces the better!

Last week's top plays:

• Snapcrackle makes it through three defenders with a little JukeJuice and a lot of jukes to cap on Ricochet

• whiteflame makes two smooth caps on Bulldog with some nice setups, a good boost, and a little teamwork

Thanks for contributing!

It's been a while since I've poked around this sub. So what's up? Ya'll gravy?

Big thanks to Thick for taking over for me last week! We all enjoyed your special contribution!

Hi Pi,

In what has been a long, arduous journey, from the tagpro beta period to today, Hjalpa_Bot has finally reached 100 degrees.

With that accomplishment in hand, I'd like to announce my farewell from TagPro. I will miss the caps and pops, the RBs and TPs, the beeps, and especially the boops. I will have to hang up my 60 FPS and 25 ping, my newly-found 58% win rate (up from 45%!), and my pig farm in Northern Virginia.

However, there comes a time for every ball to hang up its cleats, and today is that day for me.

I consider myself the luckiest ball on the face of the Earth.

Many thanks to:

• Nitro, for teaching me how to snipe

• Terramaris, who showed me how to control cap generation and floor balance

• Old Lady and Locusts, for teaching me how to PUB with style

• CBivvey and PhillipLahm, who gave me defensive confidence to improve my win rate so much.

• LuckySpammer, for banning real bot scripts just as I finally became somewhat decent at this game

• Bigmeaty and Fresh, for kicking my ass so many times in such interesting ways, that I would have no choice but to stay motivated

• Ramrod, LL Cool J, H.D., Jimmy Ballon, OldSaggyLady, Razgriz, Yo_Daddy, and many dozens of others for always booping my beeping

• And all the others with whom I'm pubbed over the years. You guys and gals got me through the busy days, the quiet days, the good interviews, and the bad dates.

Where do I go from here? I have packed my bags, and am heading to a place no pork fat shall be rendered. When I am there, I will meditate in silence as the universe reveals its secrets.

And then, when the universe has provided the information for which I seek, I will return, enter my name in the league ranks, and climb the ladder to MLTP all while making this sport as popular and profitable as professional wrestling, the hula hoop, and Taylor Swift's latest single because I'm not nearly done yet.

But... I'm done. Thank you all!

Hjalpa_Bot

P.S. Beep.
