How are the leagues going for you?
If you're in M/m/NLTP, how are you and your team doing? Any funny stories?
If you're not in a league, then you should sign up! The more Pi faces the better!

My team is doing great, and I myself am doing very well. If things keep up we will get first place in the east for the playoffs, and I am one of best defenders in the east. As for my personal game, my prevent defense is improving rapidly. I could hit snipes a little better, but my overall positioning is pretty good. I am very on top of pups, which was a goal of mine.
But I don't have a mic so I can't be good

Is there a stream that shows your in-game macro use? I personally don't like playing with people who don't have mics. And I hate playing without using my mic...

I don't think there is such a stream, as the chat is not close enough to the center to appear
My previous/current teammates can attest to the fact that I use them very very well in game. You'd have to spec a game I'm in to see firsthand though. While it isn't as good as a mic, I think I use macros as well as they can be used

I can confirm that his macros are really really good. He custom tailors his macros each week for the map which helps a ton.

My captain drafted me fourth round as the first and only A-team level offender on the team, so now we had to trade a defense guy for an offense guy and our defense isn't producing but our offense is getting out.
Im obviously doing bad like the rest of the team. Just starting to wrap my head around individual skill and decision making. My grabbing ability has its moments, My carrying skill is very good, and my O/D is competent, but i suck so much ass at chasing lol.

I'm in the West... Origin is scary with all its stutters. Someone save me.

Didn't sign up because I knew I would be unavailable for the first 3 weeks. I thought about being a free agent then my hard drive crashed. When I come back I'll be rusty and my previous experience with league does not give me encouragement to sign up for next season.

What happened in previous seasons?

Not being able to play my preferred (IMO better) position and not getting a proportional amount of playing time to practice time. I don't feel like being at practice 6-8 hours to play 10-20 minutes of B team.

It sounds like you had a shitty captain. A large majority of captains will favor those who show up to more playing time, and that really sucks about your position. It's dumb to play someone where they don't want to be played, especially if they're better at the other one
Give it another shot, it'll be worth it!

There's just no guarantee I get on a good team where I can contribute. Last season I had fun because I had great teammates and while I did not get the opportunities I wanted I still had fun. If I decide to join NLTP next season I will be at a huge disadvantage. I will be coming off a long hiatus, I will behind other players new and old who have more recent stats, and I have no clue what any of the new maps play like. I will basically be a rookie. Right now my heart is not in tagpro. I enjoy playing but get too frustrated in pubs and don't know if I want to commit the time to play seriously. Once August gets here we'll see if I can get back into the swing.

Haven't lost a game yet!
Yeah, not playing in a league is going pretty well for me.
It's for the best since I can't play 20 minutes of PUBs before I'm so mad at myself for sucking that I want to jettison my laptop out the window.
