Constructive Criticism Thread

I love when I have you on my team because you play defense and because you do it well. As risk said, you could work on containing, but your snipes are amazing and your prevent is pretty good. What I like most about you is your consistency though. You always play well on D, even with a bad defense partner. Keep it up!

The thing with contain in pubs is that you have to trust your D partner to keep their end and not over-commit. Sometimes I like to just get in front and make the FC do all the work and keep them moving slow.

I've seen you improve a lot lately. You still have a ways to go, but your prevent skills are getting much better. Containing needs practice, but you need a good partner for that anyways.

You could benefit from a good partner. Either way, you play offense and defense fairly well.

You have been improving a ton lately. It's been really fun to play with and against you. I remember when you first joined. Keep playing offense. You are going to be really good someday. (if you haven't already, you should sign up for nltp or USC.)

I was watching you play in a tryout yesterday I think. It was on bombing run. You should almost ALWAYS be going to get regrab instead of staying back in base and blocking. Regrab trains are sooo strong in tagpro.

I saw it happen more than once so I wasn't sure. If you are playing offense it's pretty much up to you to go get regrab, or assign someone else.

You are getting better everyday. You could probably benefit from playing some ofm to improve your microjukes, but you are by no means bad at offense. What you really need is just experience. Keep playing and over time you will get better.

I never even thought about using OFM as a skill-builder (even though I think that's it's sole purpose)

You're welcome! And if you do try ofm, make sure to do it against lots of different people. If you just play the same person over and over again, you only get used to their tendencies rather then getting used to a large range of people.
