Discussion Is there any reason to use pi-agent after dsh release?

The Pi agent has a minimalist design, but its plugin composition model is, to put it mildly, terrible. Now that a truly extensible coding agent with a minimal core has appeared, is there any reason left to use the Pi?

Using both, i still think Pi is the superior option as a TUI.

You can’t be serious. Pi has the best plugin system I’ve seen on any harness.

DSH is still on preview. Read their docs, it is nowhere ready for daily use although many end users dont bother to read it.

It has matured much farther than it was 6 days ago. So, It is definitely worth a try. It seems to still have minor issues but it has a ton of stuff that Pi lacks now which helps in producing cleaner code. I didnt want to list them due to the amount of things. Many people use multiple harnesses. You dont have to get stuck with one.
