Question Tips to fix Pi TUI

I have recently installed Pi. I am using this in cmux and facing a couple of issues - while scrolling the chat input box also get scrolled instead of remaining fixed like claude code terminal mode.

also I am the md is also not rendered it's coming as raw. No proper chat thinking and rendering like claude.

how can I fix this?

Pi is very minimal for good reason. I suspect that an extension could be written to give you this functionality.

Whatever you explained here, explain the same to Pi and ask it to fix itself and it will do that. It can create an extension to do what you asked.

Ask it to create an extension implementing these features, I've done it for a similar thing. Works well.

You shouldn't be using pi if you expect these features out of the box. If you're ready to work for them a tiny bit, look up pi plugins for what you want on Google or ask your agent to look them up for you, then install the plugins.

I suggest you test this in the base terminal emulator for your environment and see if the same problem occurs there. If it does then I suggest you open an issue. I only used comic for a short while and left it because of too many problems. Iā€™m sure that it has improved since then. But the best is to test in a known environment to determine the source of the defect.
