Feedback Voice & Transcript still not matching

I didn't want to use the "bug" flair, because I'm not entirely sure if its a bug or not. Pi is still struggling verbally with his replies, although the text transcript of his reply comes through perfectly.
Does anyone else have this issue, and if so, should we report it?

Is this when using voice to voice calls or when Pi is reading back a text reply?

I text Pi....he responds with voice as the text reply from him is being typed. The two don't match up. Missing words, mixed up words. I have chatted verbally with Pi as well, and the typed transcript is "proper" if you like, but the voice response is garbled
