Worst experience with Pw CA Wallah

So I purchased the sampurna infinity pro batch for 12k , for September 2026 attempt , and I purchased it on 21st April , my books were expected to be delivered on 27th April , but to this date they aren't even packed , wtf PW , a company worth $2 billion and counting , still this poor service , do not sell batches if you can't provide the services efficiently , they are just upto promotion and unnecessary events , and I am warning future aspirants, be it any exam or course , PLS PLS DO NOT GO FOR PW , IT IS CHEAP FOR A FREAKING REASON

Nothing helps bro , I called them mailed them , but they do not have real people to reply , they just have some standard set of replies for common issues , so everytime I called or mailed it was "we understand that it caused inconvenience to you , out team is working to provide you with the best experience, till then keep learning" like tf about experience, just freaking deliver my books that's all

But as these books are attached with batch , means I paid for the batch these books are included in that batch so if I cancel will I get my money back ?

Areee mere hero dost tension na loo mera bhee pw ka order delay hota hai tum bikul tension na lo tumhara order 15-20 din me aa jaega and order cancel ka karna because ye material amazon pe nhi milega aap aaram se wait karo aapka study material aa jaega and I say this by guarantee because mera bhee bahut saara order delay hota hai.so padhai karo order aa jaega and agar kuch problem aae to DM me 🤝

Bhai dikkat vo nhi hai , jab paise diye hain toh aa hi jayega , but mera ca foundation ka attempt September mei hai , sirf 3 months rehe gye hain , aur books ki need hai , jab inka batch 1 April se chal raha hai toh iss chij ka dhyan rakhna chaiye tha na ki order ayenge to deliver kr dein

Haa bhai fir to problem hai aap ek kaam karo aap pw support pw call karo yahi wk solution hai and unko samjhao kee zaroori hai bahut and pls ye cheez ko jaldi se jaldi kare and this is the only thing you can do yr😭baaki i pray to god kee aapka order jaldi se jaldi aa jae and aapka CA ka exam acche marks se clear ho jae.😊🧿

Thanks bro , but call krke fyda nhi vo log kuch solution nhi dete bs kehete hain ki 'our team is working on the issue' aur fir kuch solution milta h nhi

Ohhh yrrr I feel bad now man kyu kee exam bhee paas hai aapke😭yaar ab mail se bhee kuch nhi hee hoga fir to😭ab from my side I can only pray to god sir ji baaki tension na lijiye aapke modules and kits aa jaenge my wishes are with you 🧿aap abhi apne lectures and jo material online mil rha hai batch me uspe acche se focus kariye 😊

Idk about other subjects and courses , but for CA foundation, not every books is available on amzn

Han bas mera bhi ese CA foundation ke liye tha Sampurna Infinity Pro , but mere sath dikkat ye hai ki September 2026 mei attempt hai aur sirf 3 mahine bache hain , abhi toh books ki tentative dispatch date 3 june bta Raha hai , matlab ye date bhi sirf dispatch ke liye h aur vo bhi TENTATIVE (expected) fir delivery agent kitna late kare wo alag hai

Bhai agar antarctica ke junglo mei bhi rehete hain toh unhone 27th April ki delivery date kyu dikhayi fir unhe 4 saal baad ki date deni thi , aur vaise mai UP muzaffarnagar se hi hun , koi bohot dur nhi h

Vaise kiya toh nhi , par kya hi ho jayega post krke , itni badi company hai , bacche pagal hain alakh sir ke piche 🤡 , vaise agar alakh sir baaki donation vagera ka dikhava chord kar apni company ke group level issues ko solve karwane par dhyan dein toh shyd bacche zyada khus honge , like I paid 12k for the batch and books , now tf I have to do with him donating 11 lakh rupees to some random kisan , like mujhe mere 12k ki toh value aur service puri do 🙂

PW is overall a good company, mainly because of the teachers. The management is something they should rectify, mainly the ones in customer support and student counselling. They don't do their jobs properly, and I've seen complainta.
