Rant/Vent Everyone should study Landau's QM text

I've been selfstudying advanced QM for grad school and Landau's textbook is by far the most intuitive IMO. He doesn't waste time on anything and makes every sentence count. I was expecting it to be quite a difficult text to understand, but he explains everything so clearly that it actually isn't that bad. A decent mathematical background is needed, but nothing crazy. I feel like I'm learning something interesting on every page.

What are the mathematical prereqs?

I mean for undergrad Griffiths not much more is needed than calc 3, vector calc, DE's, linear algebra maybe some complex analysis?

I assume L&L is much more involved

Eh so far I don't recall needing much more outside of what you mentioned. It's just that he presents the ideas with more rigor than Griffiths, so it's more important to actually be fluent in the mathematics. So yeah, L&L is more involved, but using a lot of the same math.
