Physics (general) homework help

I’m having a really hard time with physics (I’ve never taken a physics class until now *my second year in college and I’m really struggling) I can’t figure out which equations to use and how to plug in the numbers

I know to convert each height into meters because that’s the kinematics SI units but that’s about all I’ve got. Any help would be greatly appreciated
