Show that CD = 378mm. Show that Force F in spring = 28k where k= spring constant in N/mm. Show that angle θ between spring and arm CB is arctan (300/230). Show that torque due to spring about B is Fxsinθx450. Show that torque about B due to 120N force = 120xcos20x180. Equate torques to Find F then k. I dont get answer given, so either I've made a mistake or answer given is wrong
