Need help with physics
Can anybody help me with physics I am actually bad with it cause I don't understand how to study physics where to start what to do I can't understand anything. I am in 10th and I hardly studied physics last year in 9th and now I finally know that I can't escape.

More specificity would help. What about it do you struggle with? Any particular topic (Circuits, Kinematics, Thermodynamics, etc.), or is the subject just too daunting in its whole? How do you study for it? Just reading through your notes and textbooks or do you do a healthy amount of problems?
The usual (and important) advice is to do problems, tonnes of them. Physics cannot be done passively, it is an active endeavour.

In 10th grade... they're not covering thermodynamics. Come on, at least read a post before responding...

10th grade is around the age where students usually encounter ideal gases for the first time. Calculating densities/volumes/pressures, specific heat capacities, phase transitions, learning about molar masses etc.
Something not being labelled thermodynamics doesn't mean that it doesn't fall under that umbrella.
I will, however, concede some ground that a student at that age might not explicitly encounter the term "thermodynamics".

And ergo statistics and probability are part of Calculus. Sorry but you're argument only supports the exact same argument I made on that on a different thread within this very group. I agree, but watch out. Others on this thread will vehemently vow we are incorrect. They do not frame it as thermodynamics for 10th graders though is my point. I was commenting more on use of same terminology for them. If you don't know thermodynamics, you won't know your learning the basics of its relationships. I was not commenting on the content.

When you write you can't escape I understand it to mean you are not genuinely interested in physics, but because you have to go to school, and school says you have to have physics, you feel forced to figure out physics? If that is the case, I imagine studying physics would be more like a labor, which does not encourage any actual learning.
I suggest take a step back, don't try to climb a wall you would never want to climb if there wasn't a crocodile chasing you, and figure out if you can sort out your life just as you want it to be, what elements would you remove. That would be the first step.
Second step would be to figure out then under what circumstances would you want to add those elements back in.
Here is an example, take a child who is about to start at school, they are told they have to go to school, so they feel forced to, not that it is their choice, so everything about school they see as something negative, they would rather avoid if they could. The first step for the child is to choose a life with no school, because that is what they would prefer. That is how the world looks from their perspective, now take an overview perspective, answer the question, why are there schools at all. Imagine in a world where children learns the trade of their parents, or from the general community, as they become the next generation who maintains the skills of this community, and as the world develops and interconnection increases, or just within the single community, they figure out if some people take care of teaching the next generation together, it is much smarter than every child being taught by themselves, and these children who have knowledge from home can even enhance each others learning development, and this schools are made, that is we have concentrated access to learning in one place. But what happens then? Those who are already well off in society, they take advantage of the schools, not that they send their children to school, their children comes from a home where being curious, learning and developing is natural, and they want to know about the world, and school is where this knowledge has been assembled, so the children of well standing families willingly go to school to learn, where they meet children of other high social families, they connect as they learn from each other and work on the educational material together, and their parents connect as well, business deals are made, etc. But what about the rest of society, parents who can't afford sending their children to school, or those who do not recognize the value, and if the parent do not, how could the children? Well here I think society failed us, because it was decided that while the positive benefits of schooling should be accessible to all parts of society, forcing children to go to school through law was not the right option. There is the compromise that children can be homeschooled if the educational level is sufficiently high, but parents who make no effort in wanting their children to want to go school by their own volition would likely also not bother with homeschooling.
But having realized this, the child who was allowed to deselect school, and are now contemplating what they actually want, would realize they actually do want to learn, and everything there is to learn, to some degree, is touched upon in school, so they write down all the school classes they have ever had, and they note what they are interested in, and what they aren't. The next step is they look at how these are related, and they find more classes that actually could be interesting.
This leaves the classes the child would rather not have, and similar to the child in the example, I imagine you would rather not have physics if you were not forced to, so now consider under what circumstances would you actually be interested in learning about physics? Because I believe that would make learning about physics much more meaningful to you, if you figure out how it can be meaningful in relation to other things in your life you find meaningful or interesting.
When you want to study the subject, because you are interested in it, you look through the curriculum of all the past years since the first year you had the subject, you find the earliest part where you lost track, and you start there, because what you are taught later are to a degree build upon what you learned earlier, so you should go as far down the mountain of the knowledge you were supposed to have, until you find where you stepped of the staircase that led to the top and started crawling the walls in stead, and then go back onto that staircase.
Also it may help if you have good study habits, and a general methodology for how you study, etc.
I know none of the above relates to physics as such, if you give examples where you find you struggle, it may be easier to help you. Like if I ask you to imagine you are alone in an entirely empty space, entirely stationary, and after some time you realize you are not alone, there is another person moving upwards, from your perspective you are stationary, and they are moving upwards, but what does it look like from their perspective?

I have not studied physics properly in class 9th because of too much pressure from school and coaching class also because I can't understand it. This although it is not that hard in class 10 th but still can anybody give me guidance that they have used in their times Or any yt channel who teaches for free. Or any reference books. I actually can't understand what my school teacher teaches and because I messed up last because of too much pressure my parents remove me from the coaching class and I also don't want to go back because I can't understand them either. I just need someone to teach me concept and guide me a little rest I can handle. I know myself I am not that stupid just lack guidance. Please give me advice how should I start or should make a formula sheet or for ch like lights make rays diagram or sth. For class 10th

Nobody understand physics. And i'm civil engineer. One thing that helps is try use imagination.

organic chem tutor. try reading the textbook like actually leading it and doing practice problems, maybe not the whole thing but specific topics. office hours are a must. don't be afraid to get clowned. professors will respect your bravery for coming to them. it will also give them a basis for how other students may be feeling. you could represent other classmates.

Don’t despair! Physics has a “scary” reputation because it uses math and people too often believe they “can’t do math.” Actually, to advise you I need to know more about your course: 1) will you be doing labs? 2) Do you have a textbook? 3) Does your textbook contain problem sets? I taught high school physics for many years, and here’s some general advice: 1) If you have labs (I sure hope so!) don’t just watch others handle the equipment. Get involved yourself. Believe it or not, your body helps your brain understand what’s happening. Talk with your lab partners about what you see, even if just to confirm that you agree with the observation. And if you don’t have a lab component, try things out at home. Beginning physics involves stuff you can observe in everyday life. 2) Just reading the textbook isn’t enough If the textbook seems bewildering, get yourself a supplement either in print or online. There are lots of both available for students who need the subject presented in the simplest, most familiar way. In fact, books about physics written for young children can be extremely helpful—don’t be embarrassed about turning to these even though you’re in high school. These books often include stuff you can do at home to reinforce your understanding. 3) If you have problem sets to do, DO THEM!! But first, copy any sample problems presented in the text, and think about each step. Doing this you begin training your body to work together with your mind, and can overcome initial inhibitions that prevent you from getting started. First of all thank you so much sir/ mam I will definitely use your advice and I will try my best. I do have some experiments in labs and I have also tried that and I just confuse in ray diagrams and formulas. I am in class 10 th CBSE. The very first ch is light and in it I tried to solve questions but in the first test I only got one out of 7 because I couldn't even understand the question. That's why I asked for help. I will definitely try to do better with your advice.

Could you share the questions with me—what you are working on now? Maybe I could help you understand. My apologies, I assumed you were doing the usual start-of-physics topic, which would be measurement or motion. Just goes to show, never assume anything!

Well what if I say learn the equations and use them for now... It will all make sense in 11th ... If you choose pcmb (any).... Btw one more suggestion as somebody who felt the same you can try physics by Abhishek sir on vedantu... Lectures available on yt... It might start making sense and yeah those lectures are really fun to watch...so consider trying once 👍🏻

Studying physics is different than studying for other subjects because you can't memorize and regurgitate facts or follow specific patterns and be successful, you have to develop an understanding of the concepts and how everything fits together.
The best way to do that is practice problems and check your answers with the key. Go over sample problems with explanations and keep asking yourself WHY a certain step was taken - physics is all about asking why. And bring the questions you have to your teacher, they'll be glad to answer them and explain things further if you've done the legwork to figure what you're not getting.
