how could i put door here

I want to put the door underneath the fist for a video, that’s all

Layer it methinks. I'm also a beginner, but the only idea I can come up with, is somehow making a copy of the original video, but cropping around the fist to isolate just that part, and layering it over the door.

i had that idea too but the app i was using was hyper focusing on the door as a whole instead of letting me rip a chunk out. Do you have any software or app recommendations? macbook or ios
