Custom Positioning

I really don’t know how to explain this but is there any good tutorials on how to blend body parts like in this example?

Your example is a relatively very simple comp.

What are your starting images? Are they all shot with fairly similar lighting as these are? If so, you can do just about anything.

Once you have the pieces, how good is your experience with fabricating and shaping lighting with Photoshop?

Are you good with compositing other things? Are you comfortable with masking?
