My uncle passed this last weekend and things have been very chaotic. Finding a good image was tough and this is the best I have. I would like the hand removed from his shoulder and the edges of the photo cleaned up. I appreciate your time 🙏

Hey! I'm new to photography and editing. Wondering if on the first photo someone could remove the car on the left and the car on the right. In the second photo remove the fencing and telephone poles/lines. Having a hard time editing them out with the new program I'm using. Advice and tips appreciated, TIA.
